  • Following evaluation period, measure improvements and execution rates

Phase II (Company Rollout)

  • Begin delivering daily data for ALL locations to ADS

  • Customize pilot targeting for company rollout

  • Conduct end user training for remaining Operations team

  • Conduct initial user training for remaining Loss Prevention team

  • Deploy ADE (Accountable Data Event) with all Loss Prevention field users with specific focus on LP KPIs

    • Refunds, Fees, Discounts, Post Voids, Manager Overrides, Voided Transactions, No Sales
  • Deploy ADE (Accountable Data Event) with Operations (Department Managers) users with specific focus on sales improvement KPIs

    • Single Item Transactions, Fees, additional criteria established during pilot

    • Loyalty Card Transactions

    • Suspended Transactions

    • HR data-employee profile records
    • Shipping data
